You can become intentionally more aware and awake to each moment, and be fully engaged in what’s happening in your surroundings. You can be focused on being in the here and now, without judging the circumstances, others or yourself – just noticing it and knowing that you can choose how you react to it.

You can learn a new way to deal with life, learn to gain control over your life, and be able to settle into the peace and clarity of your own essential being.
