A habit is something you do without thinking about it – your go-to reaction in a specific situation. We all have habits: good ones or bad ones. Good habits fill your life with joy, and they empower you, but the bad ones rob you of every grain of peace of mind and joy of life, and stand between you and success. First we form habits, but then those habits start forming us.

What are Bad Habits?
Bad habits can include anything from cell phone addiction, procrastination, to not finishing projects, biting your nails, wasting money, hoarding, criticizing yourself or others, watching too much TV, driving recklessly, hitting the snooze button on your alarm each morning, being short tempered, drinking or smoking too much, overeating, gambling, self-pity, indecisiveness, addictions, or worrying.
The list can go on and on.
These habits can quickly and effortlessly lead you down the path of self-destruction. Sounds too dramatic? Well, think of it this way: Combining your God-given talents with good habits, will ensure that you actively pursue your purpose in life. Giving in to bad habits, on the other hand, will rob you of fulfilling the purpose there is in your life and reaching your destiny, ultimately leading to feelings of worthlessness. If ignored, feeling worthless can lead to hopelessness, feelings of insignificance, or the belief that you have nothing valuable to offer the world.
